• When I enter my username and password on /wp-login, clicking on the button does nothing. The button does change to the pointing finger, but there is no reponse to the click. This prevents me from logging in.

The same problem occurs on the contact form on the contact page https://skateparktour.ca/contact/.

Other than this the site appears to be working properly

Obviously, beingunable to log in is probematic and I appreciate any help the community can provide!!

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

This seems to be the Captcha implementation in OP’s active theme, Divi. I see JavaScript errors relating to Google’s ReCaptcha in the browser console.

@westlake: Confirm you have the correct version of the ReCaptcha API credentials (v2 vs v3). If it still doesn’t work, try disabling ReCaptcha and any other capture implemented in your theme to see if it makes a difference. If your forms work after disabling ReCaptcha, kindly reach out to your theme’s developer for assistance if you want to continue using ReCaptcha.

    Good luck!

Thanks, @t-p and @gappiah, I will give both a try!. I’ve had issues with ReCapcha and thought I had disabled it in Google. Nice product but there is no support for it when it misbehaves!
