    I have a PRO license and I’m getting zero response from my support tickets I’ve submitted.

    I have two issues:

    1. The thousands separator won’t show up on the front-end when displaying the value of an individual cell using a shortcode, despite my form settings.

    2. I have diagrams that are not showing updated values on the front-end, even though they show correctly on the backend.

    I have tried everything to make sure it’s not a caching problem, a plugin conflict problem, etc. Is there a solution out there I have yet to try?

    Thanks for your response. I did initially try contacting you through your internal support ticketing system.

    Ticking Number: 40028

    When I followed up to that ticket, looks like it gave me a new number? 40062.
