Hi Elina, I opened the page. I see that the plugin shortcode [wordpress_file_upload] is shown on the page and it is not converted into an upload form.

Is the plugin active?

Hi @vrusinov, I tried your upload form. I receive a 403 error “You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”.

Are you using any security modules on the web server, like mod_security?

Hi @nickboss thanks for the quick update. We are using wordfence. Could it be connected to it?

I do not think so, do you know if you have enabled any special settings related to Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS)?

You can also ask your host about mod_security.
