    Hi there, if there are no results for a keyword, a 503 error page is displayed. Why and how can I change this?

    Hi,

    I see that this error isn’t related directly to FiboSearch plugin, because it occurs also on the native WooCommerce search results page.

    If you are on the WooCommerce search result page, just remove &dgwt_wcas=1 from the URL address. It disables FiboSearch. In your case, after removing &dgwt_wcas=1 the problem still exists. So I conclude that the issue is related to your theme or other plugins.

    Here is the solution I can recommend:

    1. Try to switch your theme to e.g. Storefront, and check if the issue may be related to the theme.

    2. If not, deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue still occurs after each deactivation.
