No Results Before Voting

    Hello

    We’ve installed your plugin for a simple poll a client is running. One issue we’ve found is that the “Results” button does not show results when you click it having just landed on the page.

    Is this by design? Or is it a bug. Or is this a feature of the paid plugin?

    If you could get back to me that would be great as I need to either upgrade the plugin or manage my clients expectations.

    ps, you will not be able to see the site without login details – so please let me know privately if you would like to see these.

    Hello, dear andyroberts.

    Thank you for the good question.
    You just need to setup the functions. This feature is available for everyone.

    How to configure the plugin so that you can see the vote.

    1. You need to click on “Settings” from the menu
    2. There you will see “Show Results After Voting” field.
    3. Set there “Yes” or “No.”
    4. this gives you the opportunity, after clicking on the “result” button, to show the result of the vote or not.
