No Results on Mobile

We recently had an attack and added wordfence to our site, but this ought not to have changed anything. I can still see mobilemenu options on the left, though they are sparse, but do not see it listed in the plug in folder. Currently nothing shows up under any category for mobile. How can I reinstall? Site perceives the plugin to already be installed.
