No Results unless logged in

  • Hi There!

    We’ve been using your plugin on a few of our sites for a few years. This particular client pointed out to us that the search bar we setup no longer displays results. We tested (while logged in) and it works as expected. We tried using the search while logged out, and we get a No Results message.

    Don’t see any console errors, so not sure what happened.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much for the details, it helps a lot! I just tested, but it seems to work fine on my end.

    Try clearing the browser/site caches. There should be no difference in the query for logged in/logged out users (unless you have a customization of some sort). It is most likely related to something else as well, the most likely cause is the cache.
