No results when searching at members directory

Hi again, after testing a lot at webistes we found that the only fields searchable are country and city, if we activate gender or any other field, the form search form doesn′t work.

Any idea please on how could we fix this? Our server admins have being working to with us and they concluded too that the search form has some kind of problem, that when any other fields are activated for seaches, the form drops and doesn′t show results at all…

Can you share the link of one of the pages you need help with?
And maybe share the setting in your members directory?

Hi, thanks a lot! The thing is that the members directory it′s not public, you should register as company (i′s free) so you could access to the directory. The URL it′s: https://www.trabajoyempleo.work and the website it′s in spanish :S Maybe isn′t easy for you, but if you just imput whatever in the company submitting it redirects you to profile page and thete you have the tabs with CANDIDATOS (candidates), so you can find the the search, that isn′t working at all, unless we only leave city and country, and we can′t as all other websites are from cities, so that seach would do much ??

And how could I share the settings?

I signed up as a company and had a look on your search. But so far I can only confirm that your search isn’t working at all. Did you by any chances made changes for the template and are using a custom template for your member directory?

No, I didn′t make any changes at custom template at member directory, it′s plain, the only thing it has is an adsense ad.

If I turn off all fields and leave only country and city, it works…

Do you have the latest 1.3.88 version of the plugin installed?
Have you tried to create a new directory form and a new page and see if this fixes your issue.
Please also make sure that you’ve selected valid fields to enable in the search and try to disable adsense.

If it is possible, please attach the screenshot of your member directory settings.

I′ve tryed to create new MEMBER DIRECTORY, plus a new page with that shortcode a few times, same error…

And sorry, by error I deleted the account you created, please if you need so, create it again, sorry for this silly error ??

About adsense, I was taking off the ad, and testing, the result was 100% the same, no results for gender, or job sectors, etc…

Any other idea on why this happens, remmber that yesterday I deactivated all plugins, deactivated the theme, left a plain wordpress install and the result was the same, this is crazy ??

Please, we would really appreciate any help, as we are using your plugin at 3 sites (job sites with thousands of visits daily), plus we have 3 more sites left to install and configure the plugin, but we have to resolve this first, as the other sites have much more traffic than this others where is installed now.

Is there any way to have you to help me of share with you backoffice details or anything, I will really, really appreciate it and could change wordpress installation into english from spanish, so you could move well inside on of our installations and if find the problem, then we could maybe update all other sites.

Sorry for asking maybe too much, but we where searching for a members plugin for months, reading and studing all of them untill we found and tested yours and saw it′s awsemore for our job and very professional.

Hello, today I created a new:

ROL
NEW REGISTER FORM (I only configured in it fields: USER, EMAIL, PASSWORD and GENDER).
NEW PROFILE (I only configured in it fields: USER, EMAIL, PASSWORD and GENDER).
NEW MEMBERS DIRECTORY (I only configured at SEARCH field: GENDER).

With only 4 fields at registry and profile form and with only 1 field at members directory search, te result was the same, no results found, te search form doesn′t work.

Are you sure it hasn′t a bug or something on the plugin programming?

Hopefully you can share your knowledge or give a hand for solving this situation, hopefully you answer me.

I was reading about the extensions and price, but we do not need the extensions, so how could we get some support from you? Is there a cuote or something for getting support for resolving this situation?
