No results when searching at members directory

    Hi, thanks in advance for the plugin ??

    Please, we are on a hurry, as we are facing problems in our websites. We have severall job websites and we have installed your plugin for job seekers directory. At members directy the job seekers list it′s perfect, but when we try to search with a particular field: country, gender,… the results are always empty and there are a few members that combine any of those results ans should appear at search results.

    We have deactivated all plugins from CPANEL, and same results, none.

    We have then desactivated the theme and used twentyfixteen, but same problem, no results at when search is made.

    Please, we really need your help, we didn′t expect this situation and we have the plugin installed and working in some sites and this is giving us problems with companies searching for members (job seekers).

    We just don′t know what else to do, as we left a plain wordpress installation with default theme and only your plugin activated and searches do not give any result, but members show well at directory.

    Thanks in advance for your time, we really need to solve this, it took us hours and days to configurate everything in all sites.

  • I’m having a similar problem: My search form allows state, city, and country. The state and city search fields work properly, but the country field does not return results.

    This thread shows as ‘resolved’ but there is no solution mentioned. I have a similar problem.

    No results are being shown by my member directory search, when logged in as a user (admin and guest do see results). Within the directory form settings everything has been set correctly.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    I am interested in the resolution as I am having the same issue. Can someone please pass along the info?

    Hi Guys, same problem here, can you please help me out? just updated to version 2.0.21. Bust still not showing results after setting a user tagin the search field.

    My problem was solved. We identified that in all the urls had a raster of the woocomerce, was only to disable the geolocation option that the search returned to work.
