    Hello

As other pointed out, in the latest versions, the Revenue is not triggered in the Google Analytics E-commerce section. I did what the blog post says. I can see the events fired during the preview with GTM, but GA refuses to show the revenue.

    Hi,

Please post the URL of your website and provide a way to be able to place an order without the need to use my bank card. This can be either by creating a temporary product with the price of 1 and a way to checkout without adding my bank card. Or you could provide a coupon code that would allow me to checkout without online payment.

If this is not possible on your live website, but you have a test version of your site that is publicly accessible, please enable cash on delivery on this test site and provide an URL to that.

As long as I can see that tracking is working on my dev site (https://woo.gtm4wp.dev/), I can only help if you can provide the above.

    Hi,

I have the same issue on https://vonderm.ro/

You can test by selecting “Numerar la livrare” in the final step, which stands for “Cash on delivery”.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Cristian,

I checked your site and I can see ecommerce data in the data layer but it is not send to GA at all. I can also see that you are using at least one trigger group, perhaps to control user consent and data collection. Perhaps this is somehow blocking your tracking codes despite I consented fully.

    Hi, Thomas,

Thank you for taking time to look into this problem! The awkard thing is that before v 1.12 of the plugin everything was working great.

And the only changes I did since then were those recommended by you in the article about how to set up the tracking after upgrade.

Without seeing your GTM container it is hard to tell why it was working before and why not now but you could try using exception triggers instead of trigger groups to control consent based tracking.

I did everything from scratch. Removed every event and trigger in the GTM. Waited for a day and it is working now. I read the same in another thread in this forum. Maybe something related to using old triggers? But looks it’s not related directly to the plugin. Thank you

@dantekavala Could you help me activate mine? I also deleted everything but it still doesn’t work for me. There are things in the documentation that I don’t understand and they confuse me. My email is [email protected]
