No Review count and Ratings

Hi,

I’m trying to test your plugin ‘All In One Schema Rich Snippets’ to be implemented on our live site.

We sell digital goods (plugins for WooCommerce) and I’m currently trying to implement the rich snippet for one of our addons. We use Easy Digital Downloads to sell our products.

The data setup for the download is as below:

I’m trying to test the url on the link mentioned in the FAQ section for previewing the search results.

As you can see, it seems to be throwing errors. The rating value is being displayed as no rating and the review count is being shown as 0 (whereas a positive number is required).

I presume I’ve missed some setup. Can you kindly guide me on the same.
