No reviews are being pulled

  • My Facebook App ID is active, popups are allowed and my client has numerous reviews at the G & H Reclaims Facebook page, but your plugin is not pulling any reviews – HELP!!!!???

    I need more information. Are you seeing the pop-ups at all? Do you get a list of FB pages on the plugin page with buttons beside them to download reviews? Also, you must be an admin of the FB pages you want to pull reviews from. Sometimes using a different browser can help as well, Chrome seems to work pretty good.

    I am using Chrome, I am the admin, and I am seeing the pop-ups. I have already agreed to let the plugin access my facebook page. I have a page tab “Get Facebook Reviews” with no page reviews. There are no reviews on the Reviews List tab.

    What else can I do?

    On the Get Facebook Reviews tab, you should see a list of pages under the Save Settings button if everything is working. You can try and check for javascript errors. Right-click on the page > inspect. Then look for the console window. Other than that, you may want to try to setup an entirely new FB app.

    I do have the same problem. I did setup an entirely new FB app. Still have the same issue

    A couple of things to try…
    – Make sure the Pop-ups from Facebook are not getting blocked by your browser.
    – Make sure the status for the FB app you created is “in development” not production.
    – Check for javascript errors. Right-click on the page > inspect. Then look for the console window.
