No Reviews displaying

    Hi!

    I just purchased the Google Reviews Business plugin but sadly I haven’t been able to get it to display any reviews. The name of the widget shows up and the forward/back arrows, but that’s it. No reviews. I have a Google API account so it shouldn’t be that. I also have API restrictions set to “None”. What do you think is wrong?

    The link so you can see it is https://fateyes.com/. If you scroll to just above the Footer, you will see the Widget Name: Google Reviews Coming Soon” and the forward/back arrows.

    Please advise

    Hi,

    I think your WordPress theme does not use a sidebar and according to this the widget is not displayed. Could you try to create a shortcode and place it on the page?

    That is correct. We do not use a sidebar. But the theme we use, Enfold, provides a way to put a widget anywhere on a page or post.

    Just to be totally clear- the area, name and forward/back arrows are appearing, just no review content.

    I will try with a shortcode and see if that makes any difference.

    I tried using the shortcode instead. It still doesn’t work.

    If I use your Reviews Slider Theme it shows the forward/back arrows and nothing else.
    If I uncheck the Reviews Slider Theme it looks like the attached screenshot.

    We have 14, 5 star reviews.

    Now, what?

    1. Shortcode;
    2. Debug information from the page: WordPress Settings / Google Reviews Business / Setting / DEBUG INFORMATION button.

    Thank you! I have been in email contact with your support team and it is working now.

    I do have a couple more questions if that’s okay.

    1. How can I get the Google Badge to show as well as the reviews with the slider?
    2. Is there a way to edit the size and color of the Reviewers Name? Blue is ugly and the names are too big.
    3. Does using the slider slow load time as opposed to the grid or list view?
