No rights inside “wp-admin” folder after upgrading 1.5 to 2.0
-
Hello
I upgraded from WordPress 1.5 to Worpress 2.0 strictly following instructions from here (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Upgrading_WordPress) and something went wrong at Step 10.
When I go to my blog and click on “Connection” to access the admin page, I enter my correct login and password. However,I get the returning message (translated from French since I’m using a a language file):
“You don’t have enough rights to access this page”
(and I do not have any .htaccess files inside these folders)
Screencaps:

1. I seem to have a minimzed Administration Panel
2. I don’t have http access to any files inside the /wordpress/wp-admin/ folderAlso I want to emphasize I do not have any .htaccess files inside these folders.
Can anybody try to help me ?
ThanksChris
