    Hi!

I’m having problems with setting up the plugin. First step already gives a problem.

I can go and check here: https://www.741231.com/wp-json/traktivity/v1. But as soon as I try to use the /connection/user/trakt-api-key part it gives me a 404, with the message “No route was found matching the URL and request method”.

Running 5.3.12. Trying locally with 5.9.1 and same problem here.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for the report!

This is a bug with my plugin, I didn’t take into account that Trakt.tv usernames could include numbers. I’ve just released a new version of the plugin, 2.3.3, that should address this, and you should now be able to use the plugin.

    Sorry about that!

Thanks!! Works like a charm now.

    Hi,

My username contains a fullstop (period .) and so I get the same error, can you fix this too please?

@shauny Sure thing, thanks a lot for letting me know. I’ve just released a new version of the plugin that should support your username. Let me know if you still experience issues!

Thanks for the quick response. I’m now getting this error though:

Something is not working as it should. Please double check that both your username and your API keys are correct. If everything looks good, but you still see this message, please let me know, I'll see what I can do to help. Post in the www.ads-software.com support forums and give me as many details as possible about your setup. Thank you!

Alright. You’re one step further, but not quite there yet ??

Since that seems to be a new problem, do you think you could start a new thread here, and give me some details about your setup?

I don’t want your API key, but it would be nice if you could let me know your Trakt.tv username, and whether you see this message when adding your Trakt.tv info, or further during the process when trying to add your TMDb details.

    Thank you.
