No RTL and poor support

I waited for them to resolved an issue with RTL, and after 10 months! they declared it would be perhaps a good idea to add RTL (I have a long-term project, so I had time while doing other things).
And all this time – no support to speak of. Replies come after weeks to months.
The issue was not taken seriously, nobody bothered to even check it themselves.
