Thank you for reaching out.

If you are unable to see the “Widgets” option under Appearance, it might be caused by multiple factors.

1. Make sure you are logged in as an Administrator user.
2. Deactivate all plugins – if this helps, you might be having a faulty plugin that interferes with the theme code.
