No save button in Configuration

    Hello and thanks for this great plugin!

    I just installed the plugin on a somewhat old site, but still above the requirements, and when I go to Configuration to set the Basic settings there is no button to save what I’ve put in the fields. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    It behaves the same way in FF/Chrome/IE on Win 7.
