No Save Changes button

Hi Peter,
I hope you are well!Today I installed your version 1.10 of FFPC (Fresh install, not upgrade) on WP 4.4.1 and I discovered that the “Save changes” button did not appear. See screenshot:
So I can’t save settings which is an … inconvenience ??
Also the selected tab does not display its label.
