No scrollbars for admins using IE??

I’m creating a WordPress site for my husband, and recently discovered that when I try to admin from his computer, using Internet Explorer 6, I have no scrollbars or scrolling capability on all admin pages – excluding Links and Options.

Everything is normal in Firefox. I don’t think my hubby will convert to Firefox. ;P Any ideas on what’s going on in IE? Need to scroll, as I can’t see everything.
