No scrolling effects in my Elementor version

Hi there,
I am trying to implement scrolling effects and I am following tutorials such as https://elementor.com/academy/how-to-add-scrolling-effects-to-your-website/ AND
https://elementor.com/academy/create-an-exit-scrolling-text-effect/No “Scrolling Effects” tab shows up in my screen under “Advance/Motion Effects.
I am working with Free Elementor -Versión 3.5.6 Spanish version
Please let me know if these tutorials and especially if SCROLLING EFFECTS are meant for Elementor Pro users only, or if a given Elementor setting is needed in the free version in order to make Scrolling Tab visible and functional

The scrolling effects are a Pro feature. I apologize for the inconvenience.
You can try a different codeless solution by downloading an add-on that gives you different widgets to work with. Something that will suit your needs better.
Try to search for Elementor addons at the Free WP plugin store, In addition so simply using Elementor add-ons, any Gutenberg block can be inserted and used with the Elementor Editor.
