No search field

    we just bought the pro version of the plugin to get the search box back. 
    Unfortunately without success. The search box is not displayed. all search modules are activated and all settings in the table are made. 

    When examining the element on the website comes the error: cant find variable wp at wp.i18n.setLocaleData({

    How can we fix the problem. We bought a livetime license directly, it would be very disappointing if the plugin does not run as desired now.

    yes, I actually already emailed that address (info@...) yesterday.
