No search results all of a sudden

  • Hi there,

    Relevanssi used to work like a charm, but I guess over the course of the updates something has gone wrong and now I have 0 search results. I am typing exact names, tags, categories and the like into the search box and nothing shows up.

    I am using:
    Elementor (and pro) to handle the search box
    latest version of Relevanssi
    Hello theme by elementor

    I’d appreciate any help here!

    Does Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search) work? If it does, the problem is in your theme.

    If it doesn’t, do you have a complete index? If you don’t, rebuild the index.

    If you have a complete index and even the admin search can’t find anything, please do the first two steps from Relevanssi searching debugging instructions.
