Also this is not at all correct.

I wish I could explain how dreadful 1-star reviews are. A plugin surrounds the livelihood of a team. All those hours, efforts, staying up late for the users actually brings joy and something that we enjoy doing but such reviews sometimes break us.

I’m glad you take reviews seriously… but really, don’t. This site is not your marketplace and this is feedback only.

Not sure who reviewed it but I apologize on behalf of my team. Also, we didn’t post emails, we assume we might have forgotten to blur the email in the screenshot (Not sure, can’t verify) but it was completely unintentional. We will be more careful!

We understand that this is just a feedback but it hurts when you get support and still claim that you didn’t.

Nonetheless, we understand the severity and will not repeat that again.

Update and clarification:

My apologies, I did miss the last support email which was sent. However I didn’t appreciate having my email published.

The fact remains that since installing and spending many hours building the database, it suddenly stops working and doesn’t show any results. This has happened at least 3 times now. So while it is a great(ish) plugin when it works, the unreliability means it’s just not a viable option for me. And I’ve never had a response as to why it is doing it, despite giving you guys a temporary admin login to check it out.

It’s also very complicated to set up and the map function doesn’t work properly so I had to disable it.

If anyone has some alternative recommendations I’d be glad to see them!
