No search results found after installing Relevanssi

Getting no search results found after installing Relevanssi for the first time. Things I’ve tried:

1. Tried admin search and results came back.

2. Disabled every plugin and theme and result comes back until I re-enable theme (theme related). I’m currently using Astra theme.
