I installed the plugin, processed all posts and when I try to search it returns zero results. Any ideas how to correct this? Thank you.

Which version of MySQL your server is using? Relevanssi Light requires a new enough version that supports fulltext indexing. However, if the database version is too old, Relevanssi Light shouldn’t have an effect on the searches, but still, it’s a good idea to check.

Does the search work fine without Relevanssi Light?

Can you check the database to see if Relevanssi Light was able to add the fulltext index to the wp_posts table? There should be an index with the name relevanssi_light_fulltext in the wp_posts table.

If you want, I’d be happy to debug this a bit on your site –?this is a new product that hasn’t been extensively tested in the wild yet, and I’d like to take every opportunity to improve it. If you’re interested, you can drop me an email at [email protected].

If you want a more reliable solution, you can use regular Relevanssi.

10.2 is mySQL version. I found the issue. I network activated the plug-in. If I activate just the single site, it works fine.

Thanks! I added multisite support, but looks like I only did multisite uninstall routines, not the install routines… Will fix that in the next version.

Summer delayed this, but I just released version 1.1, which handles the network activation correctly in multisite environments.
