No Search Results within WordPress

In POSTS, when I use the search bar it takes me to white/blank screen. I also noticed when I tried to add an image from my media, it also didn’t show any of my images and just a wheel spinning. I recently added a Child Theme and I am getting some error messages on other functions as well. Could there be an issue with the Child Theme?
