No Sections or Products Appear

  • I have just installed Etsy360 Free, to test it out before purchasing. It installed and activated without error. I created the API key and put it in the Etsy360 admin page, and it seemed to work – the admin page shows the correct shop name and title. I then created a new page, and put in the shortcode [shop_listings], and published the page.

    When I view the page, nothing at all appears in the content area – the shortcode is removed, but there are no shop listings, sections, or anything appearing in that location. Everything else on the page displays normally.

    I have deactivated and reactivated Etsy360, and deactivated any other plugin that might interfere. I have also tries other spellings of [shop_listings].

    I hope someone can help me, Etsy360 looks like just the thing I need, but I am not going to buy it if it does not work on my site!

    I am using WP 4.2.4, with a slightly tweaked version of Twenty Ten 1.6.
