    As my site should live from users content, even anonymously it makes no sense without automatically syncing, I expected.
    when I have to save and send the content its the same as I would copy past it in other Tab :o) for this I don’t need a plugin.

    For what is this Content Site key? I have no local version on Compter. I just wanted sync the content for backup issues.

    I searched again for your email as well as for rainbowsongs.org and still don’t see anything. Not sure why but for whatever reason we’re just not finding it.

    Your investigations seem not have to bring results as the failure is still there.
    I saw trials with temporary admin login but with my accounts on target is still empty author.

    Also another direction from target to source is not working, maybe free provider is blocking this.

    Should I delete your temp account?

    OK! That’s bad. Yes, revoke that access. Right now. The author made a mistake with that.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Asking for a login goes way too far. It’s not permitted here and please do not repeat that again. There is not any circumstances where that’s allowed.

    I deleted them. It’s a quite chaotic team i guess. Tickets don’t arrive twice. Emails don’t come and so on. I just wanted to solve this issue ??

    Honestly, not sure why your emails have not gotten through. Obviously we would not be in business if this was typical. We use Google Apps for our email delivery and Helpscout for our ticketing system – two standards within the industry.

    As far as the team being chaotic, you’re welcome to your opinions, of course, but I’m pretty sure that if you were to talk to anyone who actually knows us, they’d tell you otherwise.

    It’s clear that something somewhere is awry with delivery. You did get the confirmation message, so it should have gone. This is of greater concern to me at the moment. Making sure that there is a clear line of communication between us and our customers (or ex-customers) is always of the utmost importance to us.

    I’m going to investigate this further. As I said, we couldn’t be in business if people could not contact us (and we’re clearly in business).

    I send 2 Tickets and 2 mails from my private address.
    Only alternatively gmail email came through.

    But the worst is, that even with my credentials the problem wasn’t solved ??

    Also, for the record, we did not ask for admin credentials to be posted here. We were talking about the possible trouble-shooting process required. We would NEVER ask for admin credentials (or any credentials) on a public forum. EVER.

    We have looked high and low for any request going into your HelpScout(Ticket tracking software) and have had no luck. But we want to help.

    We saw that you said the domain is: rainbowsongs.org, is this the Target site?
    Could we get login credentials to the Dashboard for this site?
    Also could we get FTP credentials for both Source and Target(rainbowsongs.org) and then we can investigate

    Which credential if not admin could be meant if You even wanted sql database dumb from me.

    I actually contacted Jan to try to make sense of this since I have not been following the thread since the beginning. Also talking with Dave about it (since he and Gregg handle the forum inquiries and Dave is the lead dev). I understand your points, though. Not trying to make it worse. Just need my coffee. ??
