    Hi there,

I might be missing something, but the plugin + Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin doesn’t seem to be creating SEPA mandates.

The client pays via iDeal or Bancontact. After successfully creating the payment, there is no SEPA mandate created anywhere. Not in Woocommerce, not in Mollie.

The subscriptions run for 1 year. Will a SEPA mandate be set later? Of has something gone wrong?

Thanks @aweissinpsyde, if you need any more info, let me know!

I have the same problem with one of the websites of my client, when the subscription period is over Woocommerce fires an iDeal payment to Mollie, but not a SEPA.
    Error in Dutch is:
“Kon periodieke betaling iDEAL niet aanmaken. The customer (cst_**********) could not be used or found. Error executing API call (404: Not Found): No customer exists with token cst_********.. Documentation: https://docs.mollie.com/guides/handling-errors Bestellingsstatus gewijzigd van Wachtend op betaling naar Mislukt.”

Hi, is this problem this present after the new update?

    Hi Andreas,

Thanks so much for following up on my question!
After the new update, new orders seem to start the sepa call.. So that looks ok..

Old orders keep getting one of the errors below:
    * “renewal payment: customer id and mandate restore failed. Error executing API call (404: Not Found):No customer exists with token cst_*******”
    * “Subscription 36356 renewal payment: the subscription doesn’t meet the conditions for a mandate restore.”
    * “Could not load payment tr_**** (live): Error executing API call (404: Not Found): No payment exists with token tr_*****..

    Hi Andreas,

Thanks for the update! I can’t see if it has worked. Most of our clients customers pay once per year, so we will need to wait for a new member to subscribe. There is no SEPA mandate created in Mollie Test mode.

My earlier question still stands by the way: The subscriptions run for 1 year. Will a SEPA mandate be set later? Or has something gone wrong?

I’m guessing it’s the latter, but I’d love to have that confirmed ??

@jrjmulder We made some testings and all should be fine with new subscriptions but please text me at [email protected] if there is any case where it doesn’t work.
