• We keep getting the error ““There are no services available for the period you selected” after allowing so many entries. It’ll work for days, or a few weeks, & then the error will just randomly stop the calendar from allowing any more slots to be chosen. Once we go into the backend & click “Repair calendar settings”, all works great again…until it doesn’t. Will it always spaz out after a certain number of reservations are made? Just wondering.

    Hello,

Most probably this is caused by the default availability applied to your calendar.
Try to reset the default availability and create custom availability instead.

To reset the default availability go to your calendar and without selecting anything press the reset button. After that, to create custom availability you will need to select a period of time from calendar using your mouse (click on the first day – click on the last day – you can select days, weeks, months, years), put a price and number available, check both boxes under “Set days availability” and “Set hours definitions” and click Submit.
In this case the availability will apply only for the period you selected from calendar and the issue you presented above should not occur again.

    Thank you!

I was able to “reset” the default availability & created the custom availability, but we now have a bigger problem. The calendar now shows that every day, all times slots, as available. The previous time slots that were now booked, no longer show as such & now say available. However, if we look on the backend, we can see the reservations that were previously setup. How can we correct this?

    Hello,

When you create the availability in your calendar the time slots will be overwritten and the status will be changed according to the new availability.

You will need to manually mark the time slots which are already booked as “booked”.

    Thank you!
