No "Settings" menu

Go to Settings on the left WP menu and then click on Ad Inserter.

Unfortunately, there is no “Settings” on the left. I attached a snapshot of what I am seeing.

Thanks, I found it! I was confused because usually every plugin listed on the plugin list has a settings button that i use.
