No settings visible

with a blank box do you mean a full white page or like the page is not complete?
I think that there is a php error in your website that crash the plugin and I need the error that you can turn on editing the wp-config.php file changing the value of WP_DEBUG to true.

There is something that is creating conflicts with the plugin.
The only things is to enable the PHP error as I suggested in the previous message to understand what is happening.

Thanks for that. I’ve found that EverlightBox is the conflicting plugin.
