No shipping available for Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan

    Hello,

    I have an e-commerce websites set with different shipping zones. As I am in Malaysia, we have both West and East Malaysia. We plan to make West Malaysia’s shipping free while East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) has a fee of RM25. However, when I put the address as Sabah or Sarawak, the website shows no shipping options available. I have already set the zone. I tested with the different shipping zones such as Singapore and Taiwan and it worked as expected. I even tried redoing the shipping zone, it didn’t work. I deleted the shipping zone to test if the “Other Zones” would detect it like it did with Brunei and other countries but it didn’t detect these three locations at all. I also tried limiting by zones and when I input that zone, it was not detected as well. Please assist me on this issue.

To troubleshoot this issue, ensure that you’ve set up the correct country code for Malaysia (MY) and that the specific regions of Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan are correctly entered in the “Zone regions” field.

    Hello team,

    Thank you. It is working now. What I did was I moved the East Malaysia Zone to the second top under West Malaysia to give it more priority. It is now reading the flat rate for Sabah and Sarawak. Thank you so much for your assistance in the matter ^_^
