No, this option isn’t on

Other than that I can only assume 1 of 2 things;

1. a plugin is disabling the area
2. no shipping methods exist at that point (e.g. maybe they have rules based on addresses)

Hi Mike,

1) I’ve disabled all plugins (exept woocommerce) but at no point the shipping cost are displayed on the thank you page.

2) The line with shippingcost is displayed througout the complete check-out, but disapeares on the thank you page.
I’ve included ome images for your reference.

So the total price is including shipping costs, but they are not displayed in the summary.

Hold on. There are no shipping methods – look on cart and checkout screenshots. If there are no methods, nothing will be stored and thus won’t be shown on thanks page.

Shipping methods are required. I can see some kind of customisation may have been made because there is a colon ‘:’ and no method name before it’s price.

I see! I use the plugin ‘oik Weight/Country Shipping’ for shippingmethods.
There is 1 shippingmethod available (awd_shipping) but I didn’t name it.
For now, to test it, I’ve named it ‘DDP’ but this doesn’t change the thank you page.

I will contact the plugin builder, to see if this is a common problem for this plugin. Thanks for your help.

Ok. Please also do a test with something like flat rate shipping and see if it makes a difference.

I’ve added a shipping method name for awd_shipping and now it works fine.
