No shipping costs in my online shop. Why?

@imperialcosmetics Can you share more details about your shipping setup? A screenshot of your configured shipping zones and the methods you have created would help give us a better understanding of what the expectation is.

@imperialcosmetics You can use a service like https://snipboard.io/ to take and upload a screenshot.

Once you upload it there, please copy the image’s URL and paste it on this forum thread.

Alternatively, you can also upload the image to any cloud service you have access to (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), or even directly to you site’s media library, and share the image URL’s here.

Thank you for the shared screenshots.

It’s a bit hard for me to verify the settings seen in those images, since your site isn’t set in English. However, I have looked at your site and when I add a product to my cart, I do get a shipping quote.

I entered Dublin, Ireland as the destination address and got what looks like a flat rate shipping option.

Is this different from what you are seeing? If so, what products/addresses are giving you issues?

Dear @fhaps, thanks for information. It’s interesting, that you can see shipping costs, because I can’t see. Yes, it’s different. I don’t understand why. I don’t see this “Versandkostenpauschale…”. It means shipping costs.
Shipping country – Austria and Product “Peeling” – I can’t see shipping cost.

Can you give us an example of which product you added to your cart, and which address you entered, that doesn’t give you any shipping cost?

It may also help if you could give us a screenshot of your cart/checkout page (showing there are no shipping costs), which could give us a bit more context.

For making screenshots, I generally recommend using https://snipboard.io — please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL here in your response.

But I’m happy that shipping costs are coming in the last step.

Hi @imperialcosmetics, as mentioned above, in the screenshot you shared it doesn’t seem like you have added a city or a zip code. Without that information, no shipping costs will be calculated at the cart.

You need to select a country, enter a city and a zip code, and then click on Update. At that point the shipping costs will calculate.
