The shipping class is not needed here. Not sure if that would affect it, but charge flat rate per order a moment and remove the shipping class.

so I removed the shipping class and refreshed cache, still shows shipping in cart but not on checkout.

@mikejolley so the amount is correct but on checkout page the shipping doesnt have an amount next to it, I’d almost prefer the shipping field to not be on the checkout page if that makes sense?

This looks like an issue with the responsive CSS files. Does it happen with a different theme? if it’s that the author will need to patch this.

Thanks very much Mike, just tried a different theme and it works fine.

Must be those then. They can compare to Storefront if they want – that has responsive styles they could re-use.
