    The issue we are facing is , people from AUSTRIA ( ?sterreich in german languge ) , are facing issue when they checkout , while they checkout there is one shipping method available which is pre-selected , as soon as they land on confirmation page , there is no shipping method on that page. And we also dont see shipping method @ backend in woocommerce orders.

    This happens with both case , in direct bank transfer and paypal.

    I have microsoft clarity video link and order page link as well but I don’t want to public domain here.

    I already have turned on debug mode to track issue but no clue.

    Hi @ameerdanish,

    Just to make sure if I got everything right – the problem is that when the customer changes the shipping destination at the checkout to the one located in Austria, the selected shipping method is not being displayed on the order confirmation page and the information about selected shipping method is not saved to the placed Order details – is that correct?

    yes correct , though before confirming the order , he sees shipping selected.

    when i can share microsoft clarity video link so you can view it ?

    also , when I can edit my first comment on this thread so i can deleted order confirmation url from it ?

    Thank you for your reply. I was able to see it live at your site, so you can edit and delete now the order confirmation URL from the first post.

    I’ve just run a test on the latest version of the Flatsome theme your shop’s also using, trying to reproduce the issue in order to exclude the theme conflict. Here’s how it looks at the checkout with the sample Flexible Shipping shipping method selected:

    As you can see on the screenshot above, the shipping was listed in the table and the selected shipping method was saved properly to the Order details:

    In your case, the Shipping table row is replaced with “Select your Winterverpackung ENG: – Winter packaging” and the default Billing and Shipping addresses are not being displayed either, however, the custom Versandinformation, etc. sections are, in turn.

    I believe that it might be a result of using the customized Order confirmation/Thank you page in your shop or some other plugin you are currently using might be interfering here. What I may advise at this point is to check first if the order confirmation / thank you page template is not being overwritten and then turn off temporarily all the plugins which might have an influence here to exclude that one of them is responsible for such behavior.

    1. This issue is not present all the times , its mainly for austria , in last 7 days , I have 6 orders from austria like these.
    2. Mainly its on payment method = direct bank transfer.
    3. We also have few austria orders in last 7 days which didnt have this problem.
    4. When I try to test order from website , keeping location as austria , trying to replicate this problem , I cannot see this problem.
    5. There are 70 plugins , website is running live , I cannot just deactive all plugins and debug it like this.

    I am not being able to edit my first comment , so I can delete the order which I copy pasted.

    Do all these orders where the problem occurred have something more in common than the Austria-based shipping destination and the DBT payment method?

    If your site is already live and you cannot turn off the plugins to find out which one is responsible for such behavior to exclude the plugin conflict, I believe that creating a staging 1:1 copy e.g., using the WP Staging plugin and running the tests there might be helpful in this case.

    We have two types of shipping , one is for animals , one is for animals accessories. All of the orders were specifically for animals shipping ( we use ups for that ). For Accessories shipping , we use DHL.

    I contacted UPS , their developer got on zoom call with me , actually we are displaying flexible shipping at checkout , just using UPS labels , so problem is specifically with FLexible shipping.

    I still can’t figure out how to delete the link in my first comment.

    I believe that in such circumstances we might need to dive deeper and take a closer look at the situation directly from the shop level. Could you please contact us directly via support form at https://octolize.com/support/ and mention it’s a further trobuleshooting started at www.ads-software.com?

    When it comes to deleting the site URL from your first post, I’m afraid that there’s a limited counted from publishing the post, when it can be edited and it seems that you might have run out of it if you cannot do it now.
