    Hello. I have had customers recently purchase items and pay via Paypal. The shipping is lost somewhere because I have not received it and neither has Paypal. Where is it, what is going on? How do I get the shipping fee that the customers are choosing and paying for?
    Thanks so much.

    What do you mean “change”… Uninstall WooCommerce? I deactivated “WooCommerce Services” and reactivated it. Now, how do I know if this worked without purchasing and paying for shipping (to see what actually makes it to Paypal)?
    Thank you!
    Also, I was using Stripe and they switched to MX, which I have had nothing but problems with. Is there a better credit card payment plugin/system? Or maybe I should only accept Paypal if they/whoever can get this issue fixed….???
    Thanks so much again!

    Hi @sleeneys

    If you are using PayPal Standard, WooCommerce 2.6+ sends shipping costs as a ‘real’ shipping line item via PayPals API. If your PayPal account has shipping rules setup within it, these will take over and remove the cost WooCommerce sends across.

    To resolve you must remove all shipping rules setup on the PayPal account side or disable them using this method:

    https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/How-to-use-PayPal-Archive/Turning-off-shipping-calculator/td-p/40601

    Also, you have more than nine line items, including shipping – PayPal only supports nine items, so any additional line items will not be sent through.

    Hello. Thanks so much for your help, Amanda! I’m still having problems, though. I have found my Shipping Preferences, but don’t see where they are set up (in my Paypal account). So basically, I don’t know how to get to my Paypal shipping calculations. I’ve followed the link and…

    * Log in to your PayPal Account. DONE
    * Next to your name, select Edit Profile. NO “EDIT PROFILE” OPTION
    * Under Selling Preferences, select Shipping Calculations. CAN’T FIND/DON’T SEE
    * Under Domestic Shipping Methods, check the Shipping Method Box
    * Click on View
    * On the next page, look for “Override Shipping Methods Per Transaction”. It should be “ON”
    * If not, you need to Edit your settings.
    * Look for “Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator’s settings:”
    * Select “Yes”
    * Save changes

    Hello!
    Ok, so I don’t have a Paypal business account, so it’s not them… Any help, ideas, etc? Payments are ON HOLD due to different amounts (customers are paying for shipping but it’s not processing/counting that fee)….
    Thanks so much!
    Do shipping zones, etc have anything to do with this?

    Hi @sleeneys

    I don’t have a Paypal business account,

    This is the main issue. To use PayPal Standard you are required to have a PayPal Business account.
