    Hello I use Woocommerce V8.4.0 and your plugin V2.28.

    I have 2 bugs :

    When I create a new zone — new shipping method — I choose “table rate” and after I click to create, the page stay and nothing happened. Normally the windows refresh and I can edit the table rate. I my case I have to go back to woocommerce — Expedition — and here I find a new zone call “everywhere”. Now I can choose and edit it.

    Second thing after edit, rename and add the different price when i test this new delivery zone I can choose the new country when I’m on the basket but on the order page woocommerce tell me :

    “No shipping method available. Make sure the address you enter is correct or contact us if you need assistance.”

    Any ideas ? Best Bruno.

    Ps : Iuse firefox and Chrome

    Hi,

    The Table Rate shipping method should show in the table of methods without the page refreshed and you will then need to edit it and add you table rates.

    As for why it’s not showing at checkout, maybe the product weight or price doesn’t match any condition in your Table Rate. Otherwise WooCommerce handles why some shipping methods show or not. It might be the customer’s address or maybe there are multiple shipping zones that apply and WooCommerce chose a different one instead of the one with the Table Rate.

    For the problem about the need to refresh the page. I try again and the windows don’t disappear. But it’s not a big deal.

    For the second point, I’m stupid… Indeed I start the table rate to 1kg and the article weight is 0.20kg…

    Hi,

    The popup when you add the Table Rate shipping method should dissapear, yes ?? But we don’t control that so there might be some other issue. Maybe a plugin causing some conflict or loading some JavaScript that causes an error so you might try looking into that.
