No Shipping Method Available

    Hi the team,

    I’ve set for only 1 country and there were many methods which are for parcel post and express post for different weights.

    parcel post – Australia : 0-0.5kg $7.70
    parcel post – Australia :0.5-3kg $12
    parcel post – Australia :3-5kg $15
    express post – Australia: 0-0.5kg $10
    express post – Australia :0.5-3kg $13.50
    express post – Australia :3-5kg $22

    At the cart page and checkout page, it defaulted that “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    I’ve enable this shipping method.

    What did I miss or set incorrectly?

    Hi the team,

    I figured out the problem. It’s all fine now. I changed the weight that I put on product pages to be gram instead of kg.
