    Hi. I’m having big problems getting this product to work. The plugin is enabled, it is in debug mode, the products have weight and dimensions assigned, the API is setup and ‘approved’, the ‘mode’ is set to ‘USPS API 3.0’ and has the client ID, Client Secret and Origin Postcode added. I don’t know what else to do.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you check the below-mentioned points in the plugin settings?

    1: If you are using the correct Origin Zipcode. (It should be a 5-digit ZIP Code).
    2: If your destination address is correct. (With 5 digit ZIP Code).
    3: If you have enabled the services under Rates and Services Settings.

    If you still face the issue, please share the Debug log so that we can provide you with more accurate information.

    Thank you. I’ve checked those 3 things. The strange thing is that Debug mode has been switched on the whole time but I don’t see error messages on the page. If I did, I would share what I see.
