• My client’s website has the WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce plugin to create a WC product to bundle different products. On the checkout page, we are getting the error “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address or contact us if you need any help” message. This only happens when the bundle includes subscription product. When we switch the subscription product to a one-time purchase, the error goes away. I also found out that if we add a product to the cart (together with the bundle product that has a subscription product), it will also work if the other product is a subscription product. Is this a bug or do we need another addon to make this work? I hope I’m explaining myself correctly here.

    Hi @danatcsd ,

    Are you using an external plugin for subscription products on your site?This might be a conflict with the plugin for managing subscription products you’re using on your site. You might want to check the settings of that plugin to make sure it allows buyers to check out with other products in the same order.

    If your subscription products are variable subscription type, the free version of this plugin doesn’t support this type, unfortunately. In the free version, only simple products and simple subscription products are allowed.

    Hi Janilyn, thanks for your reply. We’re using the Premium version of your plugin and our subscription plugin is WooCommerce Subscription. Can I create a staging site so you can confirm if it’s a bug?
