“No shipping method has been selected.”

    I used the plugin to add conditional shipping locations on the checkout page, but when I tried to proceed I get the error “No shipping method has been selected.”

    Am I doing something wrong? or could you guide me through using conditional shipping method using the HTML select tags with this plugin
