No shipping methods available

    Hi there,

    I am a newbie developer working for my internship and currently my leader assigned me to fix some website issues.

    For the website I am working with, I can’t see any shipping method during checkout. Please help me as much as detail because I am the first time using wordpress and woocommerce to develop the website, thank you very much.

  • Hi,

    This appears to be a premium plugin query. For problems on premium, we request you to raise a support ticket.

    However, i did a small check on your debug request and found that the packaging type is “FEDEX_MEDIUM_BOX’. Can you please disable all FedEx default boxes and create custom boxes and then check the rates. I am confidant the rates would come in that case. Also here is a video for your reference.
