    Hi,

    We are having an isolated issue from a recurring customer it seems even tho they added the correct shipping address, it would display an error

    “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    What are possible/common reasons why this happens?

    Please advise

    There could be several causes, but we prefer not to guess. To accurately determine the cause of the problem, we recommend you enable both:

    -debug mode for the Flexible Shipping method itself (you will find this setting in the panel of the selected shipping method under Advanced Settings > Enable FS Debug Mode) to determine which shipping rules have been assigned;
    -the debug mode for WooCommerce shipping (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping > Shipping options > Enable debug mode) to determine which shipping zones have been selected.

    This will make it easier to determine why the shipping method is not displaying in the shopping cart and whether it is due to the settings of the shipping method itself or, for example, the settings of the shipping zone.

    After enabling both debug modes, please send us the messages that appear.

    Hi! I’m literally having the same issue. I have set up everything correctly yet I still get that message! any ideas?
