No Shipping Methods Available Error

    Hi,

    I am getting

    “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help”

    error during checkout and on the cart page, even though I set the both free and flat rateshipping methods for United States. It was working fine but we received a customer email saying that they are unable to place order due to this, that’s when we realized there is an issue with the website.

    I tried a couple of solutions offered from other threads but nothing fixed the issue.

    Any idea why am I getting this error?

    I figured this out, looks like a role-based shipping methods were not “checked”. When I check the proper shipping methods for the roles, everything is ok now.
