    Starting last Friday February 1st my shipping methods just randomly stopped showing up. When my customers go to place an order they dont have an option for shipping and are unable to place their orders.

    I notice in the backend if you are logged in as an admin and go to try to make an order there is an error code, “SoapFault Object ( [message:protected] => Could not connect to host [string:Exception:private] => [code:protected] => 0 [file:protected] => /home/odenbybw/public_html/wholesalebw.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-shipping-fedex/includes/class-wc-shipping-fedex.php [line:protected] => 1098 [trace:Exception:private]” The code is much, much longer than that.

    I have tried touble shooting this for the last two days to figure out why this just randomly stopped working and I have figured nothing out. I sent you guys a support ticket and have not heard back from you and it has been over two days. I tried reaching out to my hosting provider, twice, and they have been unable to help me.

    I am really needing some answers on how to resolve this problem as my store has been down for the last two days.

    Support for premium products is not allowed in the forums and the WooCommerce FedEx extension is a premium product.

    I’d recommend making sure that you’re running the latest version of that extension for starters.

    If you have a valid subscription for that extension, head over to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets and submit a ticket. We will be able to help you further there.
