No shipping methods only on smartphone

Hello.
I have online store, everything works fine but on mobile phones when I checkout then on shipping methods is written “shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address”. Thats happend only on mobile phone not chrome or ff responsive debugger .
Can somebody help me?
