    Hello Sam,

    Thank you for the details.

The no-shipping-methods message means what is says: there are no shipping rules matching the order.

You didn’t mention order subtotal. It must be between 1 and 13 in order to match the shipping rule on the screenshot. Just FYI, Order Subtotal condition is about total price of items in the cart aka subtotal. You might want to leave the condition empty.

    I’m talking about that: https://prntscr.com/psx5h4.

    Let’s back up a bit.

The term ‘subtotal’ is usually used to describe total price of order items (excluding shipping prices, taxes, fees, etc).

‘Order Subtotal’ condition appearing in WBS shipping rules can be used to activate a rule depending on order subtotal. For example, you might want to offer free shipping if order subtotal is above $200. To do that, you might add a rule with Order Subtotal set to ‘above 200’ and Base Cost set to 0.

For now, you have Order Subtotal set to same values as Order Weight. That usually doesn’t make much sense. Please try leaving Order Subtotal empty in your shipping rules.

    Sam,

Did you try leaving Order Subtotal empty?
